Ching's: Mich's Birthday

Wah, this one I took nearly an hour uploading and doing collage.

So its Michie Mich secret birthday surprise on last Saturday!

Reservations were made 12.30pm at East Ocean in Shaw Towers (bloody expensive dim sum! But oh so popular).

And check out the time when I arrived:

No one was around!

KNS, if theres one thing you must know about me, that is I cannot tolerate lateness.

Obviously called Gek hp with lurrffiieee picking up and I gave one kind of attitude lor.
They knew it when I told them Glenn asked which table they said, "tell him to check out MY(as in Wei Ching's) black face".
Hahahaha

Then the Birthday girl appeared with Glenn!

And so we begin ordering:

Its my first time there and boy, am I in for some kinda experience.

The pace is very fast. The aunties go around in trays with food on it.
The moment the auntie come by, you have to decide there and then you want it. When you want to place an order, you have to know what you want there and then otherwise when you turn around to order, the lady is gone. I got that twice!

How's the food?

If you ask me, I think its not bad. Food were piping hot and fresh.
Best to go in groups! Otherwise, its gonna be costly.

We ordered xiao long bao with crab meat as its filling. S$3.50/piece.

We were expecting soupy type but it came in lill "long"! So cute but oh so expensive. Its worth a try. But like I said, A TRY is good enough.

S$3.50? I can buy a plate of chicken rice!

So we chatted and catched up on the 2 cabin crew stories, MY SAM story(haha), Graham with his random jokes and Gleen's army stories. Very lill input from Gek!

The auntie so loudly announced, "so cake when to bring out?"
Aiyoh, Mich didn't know initially!

So well the usuals!

Each of us took a picture with her.

And gave her her giftsS!

After the cake cutting Lurrffiiee has to go.

So the remaining headed over to Bugis to grabbed some Fancl products and then Gek left after dropping us in MS where Graham, Mich, Glenn and I watched Nights in Rodanthe.

So after the movie, we walked around a bit for Mich's craze to find Pigeon Brand "foundation" and look what we found!
